One company built to do what others do not. We founded Zarwa Global because we have both lived the journey our clients are on. Haniya has spent over 20 years building businesses, shaping organisations, and opening new markets across Europe and the Middle East — in several languages. She has led digital transformations, built recruitment divisions from scratch, run global business operations, coached teams through change, and founded four companies across multiple countries and industries.
Zawar has spent over 15 years building businesses across international trade, real estate development, construction, and finance — in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the UAE. He has founded and scaled multiple companies, managed cross-border trade operations, and built a track record grounded in financial discipline and commercial execution. Between us we have done what we now help others do. We know what it means to enter a new market without a roadmap. To build a team in a country where you do not yet know the rules.
To navigate regulations, cultural expectations, and operational complexity — while still trying to grow. That experience is not something we read about. It is something we lived. At Zarwa Global we help international professionals, entrepreneurs, and companies enter, operate, and grow in the UAE and GCC. We do not hand over a report and walk away.
